Automatic Welding Systems has been operating in the industrial automation field since 1972 and specializes in custom-made design, engineering and production of automatic and semiautomatic welding lines, machinery and equipments. Furthermore C.E.R.V. s.r.l. Automatic Welding Systems provides an attentive after-sales support and assistance to its customers.

Every project is made according to the customer’s technical specifications and carefully studied in order to meet the customer’s requirements in terms of quality, quantity and production cycle. The company applies the latest technologies on its machines and it is constantly updated on current developments and best practices. C.E.R.V. s.r.l. Automatic Welding Systems has a solution for all those problems linked to the innovation and the automation of welding productive process. The production program, which includes small machines as well the most complex but flexible systems, is mainly applied to satisfy the specific needs of the customer (by developing custom-made systems), and covers the whole range of welding systems. Since 1988, a wide range of computerized electrical upsetters has been introduced in the C.E.R.V. production program. C.E.R.V. systems are used by major manufacturing companies of finned radiators, water heaters, boilers, metal fornitures, household appliances, components for the automobile industry, containers etc.
